92 died while driving, only has power to headlights
 
completely stock truck, died while driving over the weekend. No power to anything, wipers, blinkers, nothing but headlights work, anyone else have this issue?

You might try the Ford section. Usually on a 1st gen Dodge the fusible links fry.

Do the guys in the ford section know more about it or something, trucks a dodge. Its not mine, ill check the links tonight, just figured I would ask here first, thanks.

Your signature says Ford and you didn't specify in the thread it was a Dodge. Need to do that, us Dodge guys are very myopic.
The fusible links are a common irritation and your description sounds typical of a main line failure. Some people jumper the bad link, but that leaves you with no protection. Some people replace the link with another, some people get tired of repairing them and replace the hole thing with a fuse block.
