A little project we are working on 1993 W250 4x4 extended cab to crew cab conversion. Adding 16" to frame and splicing 2 cabs.

Just curious, why splicing cabs rather than just bolting on a crew cab :humm:

Quicker to do a bit of welding than to evacuate A/C, transfer all the components and wiring for power doors etc. Plus the VIN has never been removed from this truck so its still a 93.

I'd love to have a 1st gen crew, keep the pics coming :c:

Some more progress

Back in the mid 90's I saw a 1993 W350 dually crew cab conversion with the "club cab" attached behind the crew cab part.
Lotta truck

You should box the frame while you're at it. Did the crew cab not come with a title? Recharging the AC cost about $100 when using r12
