Default afc/manifold issue

Hello I have a 92 5.9 12 valve. I am trying to figure out if i have a boost problem. I have boost/air out of the turbo into the inner cooler and out of the inner cooler and into the intake. From there i am unsure where the air goes or what it does but i do know i have very little air going into the afc housing out of the afc line the comes out of the manifold.

whats the issue? Air then goes into the cylinders as allowed by the cam....air also is directed into the afc to via that boost line to it pushing down on the fuel pin/diaphragm allowing more fueling

At idle, you'll have very little, if any air coming out of the AFC's reference tube.

As the boost comes up, that tube carries the boost pressure to the AFC diaphragm. As the pressure goes up, the diaphragm moves against the AFC spring and allows increased fueling to match the boost.

How have you measured the PSI you are getting to the AFC?

Some kind of blockage in the line perhaps or the line has been squished somewhere
