Stock injector nozzle mods

Does anyone know if it would run more fuel if you drilled out the injector nozzles a little bit? I was told by my friend that I could. But i dont know if its a smart thing to do. Thanks for any advice

just grind the ends off to get lots of fuel.:tttt:

92betsy 12-04-2012 10:02 PM

Could just remove the injectors and use a garden hose to dump the fuel in.:w2:

Tell you what, lets all make fun of the guy and not give him any info or real advice. Cowtipper you can have your stock injector nozzles extrude honed or replace them with larger nozzles from someplace like DAP. Be a good idea to get the injectors cleaned and the pop pressure set to 245bar.:hellox:

We helped by telling him no. After that he can do research instead of listening to the idiot that told him to. I never asked half the questions I see newbs asking. I read and read till I knew. Not saying newbs are dumb, just need to read and search for plenty of questions they might have. Then there is less junk threads to sort through when someone else searches.

In many ways I agree, I lurked here and elsewhere for quite some time before joining. Read alot, sorted good info from bad and worked on my truck. But there are 10 posts making fun of the guy and NO why not or what to do so he doesn't screw his ride up and spend more time/money on his ride than he has to. We all learn in different ways and he came here for info............Just sayin............Bill:nope:
