Brian Rodgers 08-15-2014 08:34 AM

Howdy I'm new here, my name is Brian Rodgers, I've been working on my truck for, well all Summer. I've installed a Pierce Arrow Dump bed lift and couldn't get the engine to turn fire. This is a long story I'll post details later. Suffice to say, I've replaced the injectors when the engine fire. It didn't even smoke while turning it over, there was pressure at the injectors, but not enough to pop them. Wednesday I had the help of a retired diesel mechanic and we determined the IP wasn't up to par. I live far from a dealership in northern New Mexico. The truck isn't street legal at the moment, dealerships are 75 miles away over hill and dale. Advise or encourage please.
