Making Straight Pipe

I cut my exhaust off and I am going to cut the cadyladic converter off .. and I got some 4 inch pipe to go on , I am going to get it to come out the side off the truck behind the cab on the passenger side door , and it should be pretty sweet when im done !!! i will post photos and maybe a video

I had about four feet of 6" dumping out the side and I hated it. Not so much the sound but the resonance in the cab on the highway was killer

Yours shouldn't be too bad since its dumping behind the cab

Its still gonna be pretty loud, I put in a delete pipe on my first 1st Gen and it got old.

Had mine that way on 2 of my dodges loved both 4" doesn't drone as much as 3" either so that really helps..

Bring it out an inch or two past the wheel or your rim will get covered in soot.

Sure go for it but get a bandclamp to put it on with you can always get it off that way without damaging anything.
