truck will idle for awhile and than go to full throttle by itself?
 
whats up i disconnected tps and still does it.is my index off on injection pump?
started haveing trouble after 3200 spring install.

- TPS has nothing to do with it.
- Indexing ~ possibly. Did you put it back like you found it?
- Back out the main fuel-screw and see if it corrects things. > Can you blip the throttle and have the engine return immediately to idle? Or does the throttle hang with high rpm?

when i took the injection pump apart i didnt see where it was indexed.
someone sent me a picture of where they thought it should be.
yes it is hanginging after a quick throttle movement
i could be off a notch on the index

what do you think?

Back the main fuel-screw out till it doesn't hang anymore (you may have to reset the idle afterward).

That should fix your issue.

If not, then reevaluate the throttle indexing.


Try backing out the fuel-screw and report back your results. :pca1:
