Stripped banjo bolt on the injector

So i was putting in new injectors and i stripped the banjo bolt goin into the injector on the 6 cylinder. Im thinkin i either put the stockers back in with a new banjo bolt or re tap the injector and put in a bigger banjo bolt. Ideas suggestiins?!:argh::argh: :argh::argh:

pull the banjo and check the threads ................did the strip off the banjo or the injector:humm:

so the banjo bolt was a total loss and the injector only has threads at the end of the hole. Im thinking of putting in a helicoil. Just dont know if it will seal properly but i figure it cant hurt to try.:argh:

thats just a few inch pounds of torque requirment there.....how did this happen??

I would get a new banjo and try to make it work with the injector as is, maybe with a bit of lock tite:humm:

I messed up. Thought i just hit a hard spot in the threads so i over did it. I put the stockers back in till i get the one fixed
