They sell interior specific paint; it acts a little more like a dye. Prep the dash correctly, armor all residue or any oily residue will cause fish eyes. Clean everything with w/e you want then do a final wipe down with some rubbing alcohol or surface prep.

Try these guys for a headliner:

Dodge Truck Parts and Truck Accessories from LMCTruck.com

A lot of prep work. Make sure everything is really clean like tower said. Just be careful because some preps will distort plastic. Yes x2 on the dye though.

I don't have a lot of info on the panel paints or anything but it's pretty simple to redo your headliner yourself. All I did was go to wally mart and buy about 4-5 yards of some fabric i liked and a can of heat resistant spray glue from advanced auto. It was called "Super Trim Adhesive" or something like that. Just be sure to get a spray glue that is heat resistant or the fabric will fall off of the headliner when the sun beats on it. Don't use 3M 77! it's not heat resistant, I can tell from experience when my headliner was a big bubble the next day haha.

Its pretty simple. Just take the headliner down. Then remove all of the old fabric, some foam padding will be left behind but just use a tire brush or something kind of stiff to remove the foam. Now lay the fabric over the headliner and then lift one side of the fabric and fold it in half so it sits on the other side. Spray the headliner and backside of fabric with the glue and carefully smooth the fabric on the headliner contouring to the headliner surface. then repeat with the other side and re-install in the truck!

I'm sure there's a few videos on the web to show how to do it! The headliner stayed up and looked great for about a year then I sold it. :dang: I wish I had a picture before I sold the truck.
