T-stat problem
I had a head gasket put on, milled the head, new head bolts, more hoses, T-stat (Cummins). It was running as it should for about 2 hours, then my temp gauge took a nose dive and I have no circulation in the radiator, and no pressure in my upper rad. hose. Did my T-stat stick or something? I have never had a Cummins T-stat fail, or have I:humm: It's not a knock off, It's a Cummins:rocking: What happened:argh: Info is always greatly appreciated:c:
oh yeah, I paid out the:moon: too:moon: ---AutoMerged DoublePost--- :w2: |

It was a little low, I added coolant last night, it's just been too cold for me. I'm gona go check it again in a few. Could it be the T-stat stuck:humm:
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- I had issues getting it down to Brian, I had to get it done here Tony. They did everything right, it was a little more, but had to get it done. I'm ready for a brand new truck:w2: ---AutoMerged DoublePost--- Could my heater hoses be hooked up wrong? Which hose goes to which line:humm:?? I don't really wana switch them around if I don't have too:nope: Thanks for all the info, it's greatly appreciated:c: |
i would refill with coolant and run it. it could have had a air pocket in it.
