Yup you should be fine. But you will definitely need to stud it tho as monster12valve said

Yea i knew I had to do gasket and studs... what are the best studs I see some go up to $ 1000 and some are like $500

Shouldn't pay more than 440-460 shipped if gotten from a vendor here on the site. Those studs are direct fit, no additional machining or bottom tapping of the block (as long as the rocker pedestals are machined so the valve covers fit properly) the $1000 "custom aged" head studs I believe are a larger diameter that requires re-tapping the block etc etc. those studs I wouldn't believe are needed unless you're able to push 80ish psi or better. The $400 dollar studs with out fire ring are reliable to 50-60 psi or so. It's really kinda here-say no one can garuntee when it'll fail just that they typically fail around such pressures.

Where can i get those studs?? For $460?

Go to the armory and request a price on a set of ARP's a vendor should be able hook you up with a price better than anything you're seeing online. I know BBD sells a set of pre-machined rocker pedestals that'll make your install a breeze.
