98 5.9L oil in radiator
 

I have a 97 1500 conversion truck with the 12v 5.9 cummins has no fuel plate 5 in exhaust only mods. Recently noticed oil in radiator and coolant container truck has appr. 275,000 miles has brand new head on truck from buddy that built it. Ive heard start with the oil cooler and go from there after the flush of radiator. truck runs fine no power loss no external leaks. the only thing i have also noticed is that the blowby tube is blowing a steady stream of white smoke. also on the oil dip stick as well after running it no water on oil stick. just wondering if any ones had the same issues or knows anything to help me out.
