head studs???

Default head studs???

Hey everyone. Im billding a 700-800HP pulling truck and was wondering could I get by with doing just a main stud Kit or will I neex to put a full head stud kit. Thanks

first off if youre going to be building a 7-800 horse tuvk youre gonna be pushing some serious air. secondly a main stud kit is for the bottom of the motor to hold your main journal bearings in tighter. a head stud kit is for the head. 3rdly yes youre gonna have to to do the whole kit. if you leave any weak points the head will blow there first. and if you have enough money to build that much horse dont be cheap. head studs are good insurance

you wont need the main stud kit for that horse power range.

and yes, you will need a set of head studs
