Default Little blue gremilins...

I keep finding these little blue things on the top of my motor, they look like little mouse turds, but they look blue. I lust replaced my upper rad hose and I cleaned my motor so they weren't there 2 days ago. How ever I noticed them before that, but thought nothing of it. Are they mouse turds, I have been pluggin it in at night, but their blue. Could it be a gremlin?? Is there any blue diesel algae crap? I used some air and got rid of them, none are seen at the present moment, I'll keep my eye out fer the gremlin I should of got pics, but I'm slow like that

I think that's a little more plausible. I've seen some pretty nasty battery terminals, never seen corrosion take "rat turd form"
