fuel pressure gauge going crazy

I have a fuel pressure gauge on my 12v and it will bounce from 10 to 4 to 32 psi my truck runs perfect just gauge reading weird?

If you have a fuel gauge you usually need the snubber valve that attaches, to dampen the fuel pressure because otherwise it does exactly what you're describing, bouncing all over the place.
