how do i turn up a ag pump?

Hey iv got a tractor with a p7100 ag pump its on a 8.3 cummins but I cant figure out how to give it a little more fuel. Its got the ag governor instead of pickup governor and is on a 6195 white.

I guess it would be to grind the fuel plate... or pull it out... and tune the AFC...

first question is, is it really a p7100?

Their are literally dozens of pumps that all look the same, yet are completely different, especially when it comes to governors
