i put an aftermarket exhaust on the truck, and it made quite a difference its a 4 inch turbo back silverline exhaust or whatever with a muffler and it takes off so much easier and its faster too!

agree 100% BUT the Engineers at Dodge will think so highly of their "Bulletproof" transmission it will cost $15K EXTRA and then noone would want it. i only use $15K as a number because most things bought from a Stealership is about 3X market value from anywhere else.....

When I get the auto tranny out and the getrag in, I'm going to throw that auto tranny off the nearest steep cliff, then walk down to where it landed and beat it with a hammer until I am content. That stock, rebuilt might I add 47re whatever transmission has caused me more grief than anything in the history of my life.:bat:

i know thats a fact:td: they should offer at least a billet single

I just installed a reman triple disk and dtt shift kit, best money I've spent so far on my truck. The stock converters are the biggest pieces of garbage I've ever seen!

I think Dodge should have offered a HD trans that at least had a few basic upgrades including a billet single. But, that would make since so I must me crazy lol.

thats what i am getting sometime this year or later reman single disk. ya dodge should have done that but it would be 5k for it or more :w2:
