full cut delivery valves
1997 2500 Cummins mods 402 injectors timing advanced 17* star nute crank #4 fuel plate all the way up waste gate isn't tied close but it's screwed up I have.a new super b for it it now has a fass150 on it with 1/2 inch and built auto . when its in gear when i tap the pedal then let of it dies for some reason some body told me i need to get full cut DVs on it because the truck is not gettin enough fuel is that the problem need help

Sounds to me like your idle might be set too low. Should be 750-800 in drive with the a/c on for autos, or in neutral with the a/c on for manuals.

you do not need more fuel. expecially full cuts on a DD. DaveO is'nt steering you wrong maybe check the fuel filter but i would bet its a low idle.

i adjusted the idle and i fixed it. but it still pops and cracks when its cold what could that be ?

Im with turbo2332. Anytime you run big injectors you will haze and cold smoke at a idle. Also whats pressures the injectors are set to pop at will have something to do with how they will haze too.
