Problems
 
So here's the start of my problems, got a truck last week that which is a 99 dodge 2500 and had a 2nd gen 12v and 47rh swapped into it.

So far the truck will not downshift and when it shifts it goes thru all gears within 20mph, it will be in 4th then bog down and die like you would let the clutch out on a manual.

I unplugged the TPS and nothing changed so it is faulty but im not sure if that could be the cause of it all.

The tach doesnt work, fuel gauge doesnt work, engine temp doesnt work.

Also when i was driving it home it i noticed the exhaust got louder and come to find out when i got home the downpipe came off the turbo, half way home i also started noticing a knock. It sounds like it is coming from the 3rd or 4th cylinder back up top, i checked all valve lash and some were way off but i got them to spec, it still has a knocking noise which makes me think it is an injector because it is blowing way more smoke than it should be.

found a small group of 6-7 wires that are not hooked up to anything, 3 plugs that arent hooked to anything but no way they could hook together
Im new to cummins as this is my first one, only been around the powerstroke world so far so im still learning.
Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated.
