This might be a dumb question but i know very little about axles. I am trying to replace my wheel hubs and wheen I go to order them they give me 4 or 5 different choices of axles. Does anyone know how to tell which axle is in my truck or if the hubs are even different. Also there is an option for front abs how do I tell if my truck has front abs. It is a 1996 2500

 

I just changed out a hub on mine a couple weeks ago, it's fun! Lol. You should have a Dana 60 disconnect front axle. To see if you have ABS pop the hood and look for a black box that says "ABS", it would be on the drivers side fenderwell right beside the fuse box.
