Default nv4500 swap?

i am thinking about doing a nv4500 swap into my 96 4x4 auto i was wondering if i am better off just building the auto tranny or swaping to a 5 speed and what the cost of a 5speep swap will be and where i can find all the parts for the swap.

look up my post on hear i did the swap to my 96 and wrote up a post with all the parts and how to go about doing it, the swap cost me roughly 3500 dollars and that was with billet input shaft, and a good clutch, took me 3 days to complete working on it solo and taking my time and looks factory when done. I recently took it in for some body work and i got a surprised call from the shop manager who ran my vin and informed me my truck used to be a automatic. so they where unable to tell it used to have a slushbox in it. let me know if you need any info on where to get parts.

Whats the kinda power levels it can handle so I can figure if I need to buy anything for it before it goes in my truck, also if we swap I will be willing to rebuild my transmission, the 3rd gear synchro's need to be replaced and 4th pretty soon

Ok so I would have to buy some stuff for it, will see how much money I can come up with in the next month and see if I can afford to do it, I have a good friend in Las Vegas that has a shop who could do all the labor for a good price, I dont know how far you are from vegas but its about 10hours for me
