97 problems
 
Buddys got a 97 with 98,000 on it. Bought it from an old man. He can drive it all day and then kill it and it wont crank back up. he has to get out pop the hood and mess with his fuel shutoff sol..I was wonderin if it needed a new one or just the relay.Next question. We put a 600hp valir clutch in and now it shakes and stutters when he takes off in 2nd.so he has to take off in 1st and we all know thats not fun everytime u go to stop. Any advice would help on either question. Thanks

you can put a cable on the shut off or you can replace. do you have a ceramic clutch in the truck. they are kinda jerky.

not real sure about the clutch. Mine did it for awhile and the quit mechanic told me it was just a hot spot

the cylinoid is probabley the inline fuzz at the battery. very easy to replace.

Sounds like what mine was doing --found that it was a bad relay.:tu:
