gauge cluster lights not working

on a 96 dodge the gauges all work but the lights in the cluster have stopped lighting up. any ideas

The bulbs might have gone? Maybe a fuse? Good time to think of upgrading!

i have toggle switches instead of headlight switch. i even changed gauge cluster. no success. where can i look for the layout of the fuses. my fuse box dood is MIA
