Default trani cooler tube?

what are the two tubes that run from trani towards the front of truck there are two side by side that run along oil pan. well the one on right (looking at under truck towards front) rubbed on one of the bolts on pan and got hole tried the ol j b weld and epoxy putty but still leak. where can i find one and how much?

they prolly are trans coler lines. and oil pan you should be able to get at advacne or napa or whatever is around you. you might have to pull the trans to change it.

they are on out side of trani why would i have to pull trani to change it?

didnt you say a bolt rubed the pan and put a whole in it?? or are you talking the trans pan?

Those lines are your transmission cooler lines. They can be remover with the transmission still in the truck.

I think he's saying a bolt from the pan rubbed a hole in the trans cooler line.

i know the lines go outside the trans. but i was assuming they run along the engine oil pan and to pull that pan you might have to pull the trans. but the lines are easy and you should be able to get them at advance.
