Leaky injector, or line?

Developed a leak around #2 injector. I have tightend the supply and return line as much as I dare, plus loosened and re-tightened them, still seeing dampness in the area. Can the injector itself leak? Or am I more likely to have a line problem?
Truck has 135k on it, injectors are the ones I won on here. They are rebuilts.

make sure you line the supply line up just right then screw the nut down. may need to replace the washers on the return lines also

All return line washers were new when I installed the injectors, and it just recently started leaking. I can try removing the supply side and re-installing it again. I'm a little worried that if it is cracked, I'll break it completely if I keep messing with it.

i have had the line crack at the tip. might pull it off clean it good and inspect it for a crack.

I guess I'll have to pull it and take a good look at it. Thanks. Wish it wasn't so cold here, about 30*.

i had the same on #2.. i tightened it as hard as i could get it... dont leak no more

Pulled the lines, couldn't see any issues. No leak at idle, but if it shows a leak tomorrow I'll try the return washers.

The injector bodies themselves are supposed to have a sealant in the threads. I ran into this problem with new injectors out of the box. Had them tested and sealed and had no problems with them leaking.

I had the local Bosch service center (lucky me, only about 5 miles from my house!) check them before I installed them. He said they looked good and he'd put them in his own truck.
Perhaps they weren't sealed, and it just took time to start leaking.
Can I run 1 stock one with 5, 90hp ones, without problems?

Just got off the phone with local Bosch dealer. Told him the problem and what I've already done. He said it sounded like the gasket at the bottom of the injector. I'll pull that tomorrow, and replace it.
He also said NO sealant when rebuilding injectors. Too much chance of it getting into the injector and wrecking it.
