Injector Lines leaking
I have a 1995 Cummins 12 Valver P7100 pump and the lines are leaking on the pump where the line enters the nut. I have tightened a couple times is there a seal or fix it for this? I have them tight as hell now and they still leak!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH

sounds like you have overtightened the lines i hope you have not damaged the farrell on the line if you have you will be replacing the lines
good luck bud try backing them off and retightening them |
make sure there not cracked, I have a stock set if you need them

Hi,
not sure if this is too late? Do you still have a stock set? How much? I have the same problem as Bigdan120. Also do you have a return line set? Thanks Russ |
Are You sure its the lines? I know that a somewhat common problem is the o ring that goes in with the delivery valves have a tendincy to leek. (personal experience) and i thought it was a line. When you tighten the lines try to wiggle them a little when tightening them to make sure they are in the right spot. just my .02c for what its worth.

Hi,
aren't the delivery valves on the IP itself? My leak is on the injector so not sure if it's the injector itself or the return line or the Injection line but when I removed them to install the new injectors they were very tight and it seemed like the ferrul part twisted a little which is why I suspect the injection line. Thanks for your insight though. |
Oh i see what you are saying man. And yes the dv's are on the IP. Sounds like you will want to 94 12valve bout his lines.
