Transmission problems 47re what else

Hi,
started having transmission problems, I knew it was only a matter of time. It seems to operate fine when cold, but when it warms up it shifts 1,2,3 then maybe 4 not sure it kind of goes into a mode where when I give it any fuel at all it revs higher but road speed does not seem to change as much as in trans slipping? I checked fluid seems to be fine and does not smell burnt, I used the atf 4 when I refilled after new cooler lines a few months ago. I checked the front band adjustment and counted the turns in to get to 74 inch pounds and pretty sure I turned it in 3 turns to snug. After adjustment didn't seem to change anything.
I might pull pan and adjust rear band but if trans or converter is toasted what's the point.
I tried calling Goerends to get info and probably order a built transmission, but that was Friday and this is Wednesday and still have not heard from anyone. WTF Is this normal service or did I not know the secret password? I understand they are small and have a good reputation but my truck has been down for going on a week now... Any one have any experience with other company's such as ATS what about how others handle warranty's god forbid you have a problem? Sorry this is so long but appreciate opinions on this subject.:s:

mine does the same thing sorta, when the fluids cold it runs good and shifts pretty good but as soon as it warms it i can feel a difference in it, it slips and i thinks its my tc, my fluid isnt bad looking and all the internal clutches have less than 1000miles on them and the tc was the only thing that i didnt replace

well this makes three....mine does the same thing, however my fluid def. smells burnt, but it is still red. Id buy a good built tranny but these things cost money....

I've had good experience with HTS. I had a few issues, they tried to solve them the best they could by sending new parts, they finally just built another transmission and sent it to me.

Why did you have trouble with the hts tranny? at how many miles? Did you have to pay shipping back and forth? Thanks for the input.

They put the wrong solenoids in it to start with(96-99 are different from 00-02), They sent new ones out next day. Then around 1000 miles reverse went out I called them, after about a week a new transmission was dropped off. They paid for new trans fluid, and shipping to and from.
