front end screetching sound and wobble

good afternoon i seem to be having more problems with my front end on my dodge cummins 1996 4x4. when i get on the freeway and accelerate i get a massive wobble. and at steady speed i will hear a very audible sound that sounds like metal grinding very fast to make a screetching sound. i have replaced the brakes and rotors, track bar, tie rod, steering stabilizer, upper and lower ball joints, u joints. If you guys have any info it would be very helpfull cause this is the only vehicle i have and need it to last for another few years.

I would have to go with wheel bearings since everything else has been replaced. I just replaced mine but mine would only start to make a grinding noise when I would turn. When I was running straight no noise at all.

I will give it a check. I'm
Going to have someone complete this task cause I just don't have the tools for this. I'll letya know if it works out. Quick question bout how much on average do ya all think it
would cost to get the bearings replaced. So I don't just get ripped off by over pricing.

Mine was:humm: 200 or 300 hundred. Can't remember for sure. I just did it like a month ago too:argh::ouch:It's hell to get old, but on mine I just replaced the whole hub with bearings in it. Not that bad of a job really. It was tough getting the hub off but after that it was a breeze

I'll tell ya right now from experience its wheel bearings, it started screeching, 2 weeks later i was sitting along the road with my wheel bearing locked up and smoke rolling out from behind the tire, take care of it before you end up having what i did! I got my one hub assembly from a junk yard for 25$ and it has lasted me, but the other i bought from autozone and i believe it ran around 220$

Sounds like you need a front brake job. There are sensors built into brake pads that when worn enough will touch the rotor and cause a squeaking noise.

Dito on the bearings, Been there done that been stranded. I think mine was about $350 or more. It wasn't to hard to change.
I heard the squeking first when we were on the Parks highway just leaving Anchorage Ak we stopped for a bit and it went away. we then drove the 375 miles home to Fairbanks, with no problems (Thanks Saint Christopher) it went a couple days later while I was going to work.
