rocker panels
so i ordred new rocker panels and a pair of cummins turbo diesel badges for my truck from LMC truck the other day and while im waiting for them to get here i was just wondering whats the best way to go about taking the old panels out and putting the new ones in?
any hints a tips welcome! thanks guys! :tu: :pca1: |
idk what would be the easiest way. just measure twice cut once. and its easier if you have the crimping tool for the panels.

maybe i should rephrase my question lol... i have never done rocker panels before and i have no idea how to do them... how would one go about replacing the rocker panels and what tools do i need? other then the crimping tool? hahahah :pca1:

Haha... I'm pretty sure you might have just gotten in over your head.
Last I knew (and I've never done them either) you cut your old ones off with a cut off wheel and sawzall pretty much then weld the new one on and repaint damn near the whole truck! |
just wait for the new one to show up and see roughly where you need to cut the crimping tool makes a world of difference though... just start cutting but be careful :tu:
