Power steering issue

When i use my steering or brakes they feel like slow response. I noticed oil leak out my fill cap of power steering pump and it wines. There is a lot of air in the power steering oil. Anyone have any ideas on this problem.

There is a vacuum line that colapases on these trucks, under and to the side of the inject. pump, Trace all your lines while the truck is running, replace anything that looks questionable. (I'm guessing the hydroboost will not have this??) Don't worry about that oil, Dodges need all the help they can get when it comes to not rusting away, just keep it full:tu:

IM thinking stumpman is right, go to be something with the vacumn pump line colapsing, also look at the lines on the power steering pump to the gear boxes, make you one of them is not leaking and sucking in air causing it to build to much pressure and cause it to over flow. The pump wining is not a good sign, might have to replace it. Let us know what it comes to be.
