Fuel/Water Seperator blow up?
Has anyone had the small plastic valve on the bottom of the fuel filter blow up? I was out on the road last night and when I pulled up at the house I was "puking" fuel all over the road. I followed the trail I left for miles and it's a good thing I filled the tank up and them dumped it all over the road! Why would the plunger just disappear? I have a 3/8" hole for the fuel to just fall out now! What is this part called? Can I buy one aftermarket?

its the water drain valve and it froze and broke.......I think its metric but a feller may be able to pull the canister out its an easy job and drill and tap for NPT and put a good valve in

Do what Whit said (although I am not sure you will be able to tap it - depends on how much metal is there) or get a Racor replacement filter/seperator |
THANKS GUYS!
