POT is short for potentionometer to chage the voltage resistance to the PCM. It acts like the TPS and controls O/D shift since that and the lock-up is about all the TPS does on our trucks.

ah ic ............thanks...........i still havent had time to check the TPS but if its unadjustable ill definately be askin about the pot......
