ok so there is a thin black line that runs off the back side of the afc and has a 90 degree brass elbow that runs to the cylender head.i was tryin to take it all off:argh:and i broke the 90 degree piece off in the cylinder head:ouch:i noticed a badass boost leak i threaded the rest of the brass peice and put a screw in there to block the hole,:booo:but what should i do to get it back to normal,:humm:has this happend to anyone else please help me:pca1:

get a new 90 thats the boost line for the afc

you're going to have to easy out it before you can put a new one in its place...

is that where you would install the upgraded adjustable boost elbow if you had purchased one and didn't know where to install it.... like me :howdy:

no that goes on the charger for the wastegate but if yours is like mine you cant use that boost elbow since the wastegate linen comes off the afc instead of off the ompressor housing

we tried to ease the rest of the 90 out and i had to thred the rest of it and put a small screw in there to take care of it for the time being but are there any suggestions on how to get the rest of it out has this happend to anyone else:humm:

you must get that outa there . easyout will take care of it or if all else fails drill bigger and thread it, you need boost to the AFC housing

All I can say is.. good luck with an easy out without taking the fuel lines off.. I remember messing with it - the easy out wouldnt work because there isn't much room. Anyway... whenever you go to get some LC DV's, use an easy out then, that way the injector lines will be out of the way. Wish I was there to help you out lol.
