my 97 s got 100hp inj. #10 plate new head and stud kit cold air intake 4in st8 piped to the lovly 45oo its got 230,000 on it and its got the stock clutch in it was wondering if it should be upgraded with the mods i have this far

figured this much now what hp. r8in should i go 4? and also what r the pros and con of running without a fule plate?
