wat to grind fuel plate with?

do you just use a angle grinder?

I have done many.......I use my end grinder then when I get it the shape I want I go to my dremmel tool with a nice drum sander on it.........smooth bro

I cut my first plate with a vertical band saw it came out great I've cut some with a bench grinder even took a few to a machine shop with the cut drawn on it and had them laser and cnc cut

lets see, i have used a bench grinder, a hand held angle grinder, the angle grinder with a flap sand paper wheel to smooth it out, a hand file to get the hard to reach places, and regular sand paper to finish it off, take it slow and remember it is easier to remove a little bit of metal multiple times than it is to remove too much metal one time.....
