SuperB and Stock Exhaust
I purchased the new Super B with hopes to install this weekend which is now set back due to paint body guy not finishing the touch ups by Friday. While I recover from the purchase of turbo and braces for my youngest, I bought a 4" to 3" for the down pipe to stock exhaust until I get a new 4" exhaust.
Do you think I will see only minor restriction with the 3" exhaust? I am hoping the EGT'S will still be cooler with #10 plate going back in with stock exhaust and the SuperB. What do you all think? TIA for the replies. |
I think you should be fine but 4" is gonna be a must i think to get the most power/efficiency out of the new turbo, is the exhaust straight piped or anything? cause i'd just slap a piece of straight through pipe in there and call it good for a while til you get more money

Use the 4" down pipe to 4 " exhaust

When you decide to purchase your 4" exhaust we can hook ya up with a system that doesn't have a Down Pipe since you already have one we can save you a few bucks.

If you lived a little closer to ohio id sell you my 4" for a heck of a deal bc i want to keep my 4" downpipe but im puttin my stacks hopefully here in the next week. I have a full stainless mbrp or whatever that brand is, but oklahoma from ohio would be like $1000000000 in shipping haha.
