im wantin to put a bigger set of sticks in my '97 and upgrade the turbo and exhaust while im at it. As if now my truck has 370s, fully cut DVs, fireringed head, triple disc converter, upgraded valvebody, 4k gsk, titanium keepers and 60 lb springs. My plate is still at the stock position due to temperatures when it was slid all the way, but anyway what turbo and bigger injectors do you all reccomend?

 

I think you should put your 181's back in and slide the plate foward, how much power are you lookin for?

 

the full cut DVs are too much fuel for your set up 181s,191s max will do better. on injectors i like ddps

 

I also like the ddp injectors. As for the turbo, I'm running an aurora compound system and its nice, but before I had the compound I just ran an Aurora 3000 and it was a great all around turbo.

 

would you recommend an aurora 3000 or a hybrid HX

 

I would definetly recommend the aurora, but I don't know anyone who has done a hybrid HX and until a couple weeks ago I never considered doing a hybrid. But I have a couple of friends who run the just the 3000 and their trucks get it hands down. Thats why I went with the Aurora system, quick spool up and great for hauling.
