Default help asap!

i bought a new clutch for my truck, a rhio pac ceramic unit at the local truck store. (part number05-092-sr300). i took out my old clutch and installed the new one, all seemed to be fine everything was normal. i got her all put together and there is no pressure on the pedal. the clutch doesn't dis engage at all. im certain that the clutch plate is in correctly. i believe my problem to be the slave cylinder. any help? i need help fast i need to get to work next week

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

the clutch pedal does have some resistance , but its all spongey like theres air in the lines. theres no bleeder so i tried to bench bleed it but it doesn't help

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

oh....one more thing, the directions in the clutch kit mentioned something about gett the counter bore of the flywheel bored bigger, but when i test fitted the plate it fit fine nice and flush against the flywheel.im lost and in a bad spot

bump

Have you tried doing a vacuum bleed setup ?

Take the top off of the clutch master, and hook up a vacuum pump to the bleeder on the slave, and let it draw plenty of fluid from top down,

Otherwise, i have no idea

But i have ONCE in my life time seen the firewall RIPPED, when you push the clutch in, it would just push the firewall in and not give all the pressure to the clutch master.
We spend almost $300 trying to figure this out, and all it took was 3-4 good tack welds to fix.

bleed it, do not pump it up to bleed, push to floor and bleed let it up and do again ,it sucks, if you have a vacuum bleeder try that you can do it it just a pain in the ****,
