Default Blown Head Gaskets

what would be a sign i blew mine. my friend thinks i did cuz when i open up my oil refill **** and my engine is running there is a little of smoke blowing out of there.

Antifreeze and oil will be mixing. How much smoke is coming out? I highly doubt you did.

thats just blow by, my truck does that to. thats why you have that tube on the bottom of your engine

o ok well that is good cuz my truck has been running like **** lately so i'm getting worried. i know my tranny is going out but i didnt want something else to go bad too

ya, you have low miles, just make sure your not pushing more than 35psi boost and dont let it get too hot. check your coolent level and your oil levels. if they are in check then you should be in the clear. and if your really worried do a compression test and a leak down test.

ya there is no way in hell i'm pushing 35psi... but i'll no for sure next monday wen my gauges get here in the mail. hah

ya a stock turbo is only good for like 35 but with the waste gate its not going to go over 30, mine will peak @ like 31 or 2 and you can tell the waste gates doing its job. my gauges were the best investment. it made me feel warm and fuzzy

well i have my wastegate tube plugged tho... so does that mean i could be hittin 35psi?

Thats wierd I can push 35 psi all day, figureatively speaking but everytime i put her to the floor after 10 pounds it slams to about 30 but it peaks at 35 all the time or at least everytime i get in it and stay in it
