Annoying transfer case shifter noise
 

I have searched for this problem in old posts and can't find it. Maybe I'm dumb so if you know of a post that answers my problem hook me up. Anyway is there a fix for that t case vibration? I've tightened the nut, slid a rubber hose over the shifter lever and still have that noise. Every 12 valve I've been in has that same noise.

I have the same issue on my 1995 CTD. I have collected the foloowing links just in case I ever get around to fixing it. However, I haven't tried any of the cures yet. I am, at 60 years old, either losing some hearing or I am just getting used to it. Keep the site posted if you try any of these fixes and they work.
