thanks again for everything but just to be sure you don't think there's any reason to be worried with only a 16 psi reading at 2000 rpm along with this i notice the gauge at only 3 to 5 pounds when i'm on it hard

i know with mine my psi drops the higher i get into it, is your s 5sp or auto, 16 at 2000rpm is a bit risky, i think im at almost 30psi at 2000rpm, its been about a month since ive driven my truck though becasue of the rebuild

it a 5 spd manual and thats what i was originally asking any ideas why its that low

maybe change the fuel filter and check the preheater screen for crap

ya definatly post back up the nice thing about the p-7100 is that it is lubricated by engine oil rather than diesel like the vp-44 so if get runs low on diesel it wont kill the pump, ive ran mine completly dry about 8 times since ive owned it
