kicks out of 4x4 after moving a few feet.......removed the linkage and put it in manually and it still does it.........

bent fork ????

brother having problems?

I would say your havin problems with your shift fork. Or something is jammin and not lettin the gear to fully engage.

ill vote for a bent/worn shift fork
