If you are doing the fuel plate - youll want to add the springs. Keep in mind, if you go with the 4k springs you will need the 60 pound HD exhaust springs.

I see you have an upgraded torque converter - is it a stock style of something better?

If you plan to exceed 3200rpm you need hd valve springs. i was running the 4k for over a year with stock valve springs and didnt have an issue, untill i got my exhaust-brake installed

ill probally just go with the 3000 gsk im not looking to make alot of power just run better its gutless, its a stock turbo its a hx35w but i have took it off because i have been told its suppose to be wastegated but there is no place for it on the turbo the only thing i figure is the original owner changed the housing. the torque converter i guess is a stock style im guessing all i know its black with bd power stamped on it with yellow letters.

opps i forgot the killer dowel pin fell out about a 2yrs ago and caused the timing cause to crack i welded it and put the tab kit in it but lucky there was no damage to any of the gears.

it is suposed to have a 12cm WG housing... if your goin to go with the 100 plate your gonna have to mod your afc to get the full effect
