4x4 help

ok my actuator is acting up if you take one of the lines off it the acctuator will engage but the second you hook the line back up it dissengages whats goin on here any clues:argh:

bad actuator, do you have the lines hooked up right?? and not backwards

yea theyre right but the actuator seems ok
