Default crossover tubes?

I seen where someone was talking about having there truck sound like a tracktor when it is idling. thay told me to just put bigger crossover tubes and it will have that tracktor sound at an idle. Now is this true. If so where could I get bigger crover tubes at. if not what will make it sound like that.

Now thats the first for me. I have never heard of someone putting a bigger cam in a diesel. yes in a gas engine never in a diesel. . if you go to diesel performance places on the internet. I have never seen a bigger cam for a diesel. Ill do some checking on that. I called a place today and thay told me all I would have to do is more timing, bigger crossover tubes, injectors.
