Overflow valve. Sometimes you can stretch the spring a bit or Ive heard of putting a small spring in from a retractable pen (yes you read that right), to increase the fuel pressure.

yup thats exactly what it looks like, a crossdrilled plug w/ a small bearing and a bic spring from a pen in it, expensive simplicity, :c:
