Miss at 1000 RPMS, 2000 RPMS, no power, no boost.
 
I just replaced a ton of things in my 12 Valve, injectors are now 5X12s PDD Budget builders, 7MM DVs, SXE 363 Turbo, AFC LIVE, and a Turbo Tuner.

After putting it all together, the truck runs like crap, no power, no boost leaks, no smoke except blue smoke at 2K. I messed with the AFC live attempting to adjust everything, even flipping the kill switch, and nothing happens. Adjusted the turbo tuner knob full in full out in the middle. The truck can not make anything North of 10 psi of boost.

I replaced the fuel heater screen, fuel filter, fuel pressure is good 21-25 at idle , 29-34 at 2000, but the truck has a miss at 2000 and blows blue smoke. I think that I may have setup the AFC live incorrectly, but I followed the directions to a t. The only think I could think of would be either the DVs, or the injectors. I cracked each of the injectors with the truck running an got a drop in rpm and sound, but I'm at a loss of what could be the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

New or used injectors?

Did you mess with timing any? What is is timed at?

No harder than DVs are to do, I'd pull them out and throw the stockers in to eliminate that issue. Make sure you didn't leave any washers in from the old DVs.

Timing is stock at 14.5 degrees. I haven't had the time to really mess with it. The injectors are rebuild injectors from Pure Driven Diesel. I'll throw the stock dvs back in with no washers, when I get off work and see if anything changes. I'm sure I got them all out before putting the new dvs in. But it doesn't hurt to try right?
I've also heard some rebuilt I injectors are bad out of the box so, if it still runs like a pig I'm figuring that's where my issue is.

Got home from work decided to poke around the afc live and check wire routing, sure enough one of the lines off the head which goes to the afc live was kinked in two places I straightened it out the best I could. Took it for a test drive and it's not even remotely close to the same truck anymore. Power comes on pretty late, so it's a pre fueling issue i believe. But after 2100 rpms she goes like stink.
