Garrett AR 70 M43 will it work?

So walking around the local salvage yard, I came across a 96' Powerstroke that was totaled in 00' with 35,000 miles on it. I popped the hood and the turbo was still there. 40 dollars later, and an hour of my time and it was in the back of my Subaru. I've been looking for a new turbo for my truck for a while now but with 200k on the clock now pushing 45 psi out of a new turbo sounds like a recipe to bring the motor to a shorter life.

The turbo that I pulled out of the Powerstroke had no shaft play, I pulled it apart, ultra sonic cleaned it, pulled the bearings to rebuild it. The turbo is in great condition shaft doesn't have and scoring or wear. Turbine is good shape no damage. Impeller is in decent shape no nicks or broken fins. Housing has no wear.

The question I have is could this turbo work on the 12 Valve I have ( 4 gsk, 60lbs valve springs, Fuel plate, CAI) The turbine is 63mm and impeller is 70mm measured at the base (root?) Or would this turbo be more laggy than sin? If it could work, which would take some fabrication, would it be a decent turbo?

If its a waste of time trying to put it on, maybe I'll save it for a 440 I have laying out back.

Waste if time.
Not a great charger
will not bolt up at all without pretty extinsive modifications
why not buy a used hx or s300 for 150-$500

Figured that out a couple of days ago. Just bought a s363
