191 delivery valves

good morning bombers, im looking at putting a set of 191 DV's in my pump, I already have 7x10 injectors a #5 fuel plate slid atw forward modified afc slid atw forward and a s300 62/65 turbo can anyone tell me about how much hp I'll be putting down or will it be too hot I can tow 20k and EGT's never get over 1100, thanks

I have 191s with pump mods and i havent had much probs with egts. With you having an better turbo than i do (billet hx35) you should do better on the hp amd the egts. I would believe maybe 50hp or so gain. I dont really know a good number because my truck lags because of small turbo. Id put them on they help a lot

Between 0 and 100, all depends on your tuning, timing, useable rpm. More fuel isn't always more power. Proper air and tuning will yield much more power than throwing fuel at it. Pulling the plate, doing afc travel mods and putting afc live would bring better results than 191 I think with a 62/65. What pump does your truck have? With 191 and 5x16 sac on a stock 180 pump we have way more fuel than necessary for a he351/ s475 compound set up. That's with 21 degrees of timing. Just FYI, if you have a 180 or 215 pump the 181 dv are great without adding excess fuel. Dv aren't really useful unless you want to make over 450-500 hp and at that point you would need a bigger turbo or compound the 62
