I just installed an adjustable boost elbow. This is the first thing I've done since installing the gauges. Before installing the elbow, I was able to get up to 22psi boost. After installing the elbow I'm getting the same reading. I adjusted the screw in till it felt like it bottomed out and still 22psi. I tested it on a flat road at WOT...the boost would come up in proportion to the RPM and the boost would peak at 22psi at the point the governor took over. Is this normal since no other modifications have been done yet? If not, am I doing something wrong?

You will need to turn the pump up likely. Boost come with fuel. Push the plate all the way forward. Move the housing forward and loosen up the star wheel. Would also be a good time to do the full travel mods

wpg...I figured that the boost would go up as I get into doing the other mods. I just wanted to make sure that it's acting normally before moving onto the next step. I've got a AFC live and GSK on the list for the next mods and I think that'll be it...for now.

You Should beable to make more boost with more fuel so once afc live is installed, and I also suggest doing the max travel mods to get the most out of the pump. And the gsk will make the truck much more responsive.

I realized I forgot to mention their max travel kit on my last post. I will get both at the same time.
